PM- 5 miles on the track. We did a two mile warm up then 2 miles @6:10 pace with surges. I felt really good! The workout was really chill and I felt hardcore because it was raining. Also i'm so excited for the Panther Relays tomorrow!
PM- 4 miles easy to the spectrum! Man I was really tired and my legs just weren't having it but hopefully they are fine by Saturday for the 3200! Super excited to see everyone race this weekend it's going to be epic
PM- I ran the warmup with the 1600 girls and got the rest of my mileage on the turf and with strides so I could see everyone race! I'm so excited for the two mile tomorrow I feel super ready to go out there and wreck
