PM- 5 miles

We ran to little valley and I felt pretty dead because of the workout yesterday but other than that it was a great run! I'm so excited for BYU and I can't wait to wreck the mile and state qualfiy!

PM- 5 miles

I was super nervous to run the mile @BYU so I woke up pretty early and decided to stretch and roll out. Me and Bryson went to the track and I was started warming up then I saw that I missed the golden hour so that was a bummer but I was still in the fastest heat so that was cool! They were running so late and I was like standing there for 45 minutes waiting for my race. When we finally got to the line I felt pretty bad and frazzled but I still wanted to do good so I went out with the pack and we came in at a 1:08 so way too fast lol. The rest was honestly a blur I don't think I was mentally in it because I put so much stress on myself but oh well I still have region to SQ

PM- 5 miles

I felt really good on this run! My hip wasn't hurting as bad as it has been but I still really need a massage. Also as I head into state this weekend I just can't believe how thankful I am for this season and my team! I've met some amazing people and ran some great races and some not so great races and done incredible things I honestly never thought I could do! It's been a wonderful learning experience and I'm so excited for one final race with my favorite people!!
