AM- 8 miles with some of the girls to do our long run. We went through a sketchy tunnel and it was great!

AM- 3 miles

PM- 5 miles on the track. We did a two mile warm up then 2 miles @6:10 pace with surges. I felt really good! The workout was really chill and I felt hardcore because it was raining. Also i'm so excited for the Panther Relays tomorrow!

AM- 3 miles

PM- 5 miles at the Panther Relays! I was so excited for this meet because I got to do the hurdles! But I also ran the 1200 and 200 for fun and it was a good push but I mostly took it as a workout.

PM- 6 miles out behind the school. I felt pretty good but my legs were super tired. We also talked about a lot of interesting things so the run flew by!

PM- 4 miles easy to the spectrum! Man I was really tired and my legs just weren't having it but hopefully they are fine by Saturday for the 3200! Super excited to see everyone race this weekend it's going to be epic

PM- I ran the warmup with the 1600 girls and got the rest of my mileage on the turf and with strides so I could see everyone race! I'm so excited for the two mile tomorrow I feel super ready to go out there and wreck

PM- did a two mile warm up on this sketchy trail and I got lost and found this weird forest but I made my way back to the SDSU track. The workout was really tough for me because I was doing it by myself and it was humid but I did it and I was pretty proud of myself for actually running! I'm glad going back to run with the team soon, I like talking to everyone more than listening to music

PM- 6 miles 

Trin, Sam, Laynee and I went on a warmup and we had an interesting conversation with the boys, then we ran 200, 300, 400, 400, 200, 300, and an all out 400. I was really dead today because of sitting in the car so long but I still hit all my times so it was a good push and I ran a 1:08 the last 400 so that was suprised me too because of all the wind! Overall I can't really complain because it was a pretty okay workout
